QManager : centralized voice management
Call quality management on IP networks is provided by the QManager?, the central site software of the Omni-Q? voice quality management system. The QManager's extensive features offer next-generation service providers industry-leading tools for monitoring, analyzing and reporting end-to-end and edge-to-edge voice performance. The QManager facilitates preemptive identification of voice degradation points by providing a total network-wide assessment of call quality.

vProbes : passive monitoring and partner verification

The vProbe? is an in-service non-intrusive measuring device (INMD) for live VoIP traffic. A component of the Omni-Q? voice quality measurement system, vProbes perform a wide range of QoS test measurements on all types of live traffic, and perform an additional set of measurements on PESQ-generated traffic. vProbes generate real-time alarms and ensure successful network quality management, which allows service providers to maintain high SLAs.

cProbes : End-to-end call quality
cProbes? provide end-to-end call quality measurements on the PSTN. A component of the Omni-Q? voice quality management system, cProbes determine voice quality based on an objective system that supports a wide number of active test measurements. cProbes have real-time monitoring capabilities that enable service providers, carriers, ISPs and CLECs to provision consistently high SLAs.
cProbes are flexible and scalable. Each probe can generate and receive active calls, and call schedules and alarm thresholds are set independently per cProbe. The measurements extracted by cProbes are stored in Omni-Q's QManager centralized voice management database.
